This collaboration is both mental and physical. Since everyone starts at different physical points, we’ll start where you are and methodically move you toward your goals.

Basketball demands a lot from the body for you to be effective. I hold on-court sessions with teams where I break down the importance of body control, balance and foot work and how they are all related to properly playing the game. Q&A’s at the end of each session for parents and players.

Oliver Nam has been training since 2001, receiving his certificates from multiple nationally renowned organizations. With experience in the Physical Therapy field for 4 years, he includes this knowledge in his everyday programs for each one of his clients. Oliver still works hand in hand with the therapists that he learned from, therefore, is comfortable with working with men and women with all sorts of injuries. While running OC Balanced Training and working with youth, high school, college and NBA players, Oliver also serves as the Head Performance Coach for the JSerra High School Boys Basketball team. Although Oliver loves to train basketball players and the general public, he also finds it rewarding to hold on-court clinics on speed/agility/quickness as well as corporate wellness programs with his team.
